2.2 One Account Rule
Each person may operate only one account on taka vate. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all accounts, and the associated balances may be forfeited. The same action will be taken if multiple accounts are opened from the same device, IP address, or mobile number.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
All information provided at the time of account creation must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If false information is provided, taka vate reserves the right to close the account and reject any withdrawal requests at any time. It is the user's responsibility to update their profile immediately if any information changes.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login and Password Security
Users are required to keep their username and password strictly confidential. Sharing account login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If a user believes their account security has been compromised, they must immediately change their password and notify the taka vate support team.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
taka vate may at any time request a national identity card, birth registration certificate, or other official documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete. This process is carried out to protect the user's own interests.
3.3 Account Deactivation
Users may request deactivation of their account at any time by contacting the taka vate support team. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before deactivation. taka vate may apply separate policies to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The following mobile financial services can be used for deposits and withdrawals on taka vate: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Users must use a mobile wallet registered in their own name.
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800 (per method)
- No transactions below these amounts will be processed
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if account verification is not complete or if additional review is required.
4.3 Transaction Integrity
All transactions must be completed using the user's own funds. Depositing through a third-party wallet or via another person is prohibited. If evidence of such a transaction is found, the associated account may be suspended for investigation.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
taka vate offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, a turnover of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount has been met. Only actual bets count toward wagering; cancelled or refunded bets will not be counted.
5.3 VIP Cashback
taka vate's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% cashback per week), Silver (up to 1.0% cashback per week), and Gold (up to 1.5% cashback per week). Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
All bets placed on taka vate are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds or for an incorrect amount due to a technical error, taka vate reserves the right to cancel that bet and refund the deposit. If an event is cancelled, the original amount of the related bet will be refunded.
6.2 Multi Bet
Multiple selections can be combined in a multi bet; all selections must win or the entire bet is lost. The combined odds of a multi bet are determined by multiplying the odds of each individual selection.
6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules
For betting on cricket, football, and other sports, the official result will be treated as final. If a match ends before the scheduled time or is abandoned, taka vate will settle bets according to its own rules. In live betting, acceptance of new bets stops after a certain point.
7 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the taka vate platform. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance:
- Operating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Claiming bonus benefits through improper means (arbitrage betting, bonus abuse)
- Placing bets using automated software or bots
- Conducting transactions with fraudulent or illegal funds
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Defrauding or harassing a taka vate representative or staff member
